- The allegations set forth in the preceding paragraphs are incorporated herein by reference
- On May 12, 2017, Defendants intentionally locked Plaintiff out of the
Property with knowledge that the Warrant of Restitution had been quashed.
- Accordingly, pursuant to Mo. CODE, REAL PROP. § 8-216, Defendants are liable for Plaintiff’ actual damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
